DaLomonze “Sinners Sleep” single was created in a time of unprecedented crisis for the world. As the 2020 pandemic raged in the lives of so many people, the desire to consume media at an alarming rate was seen everywhere. From the music, to the news and the daily conversations. Everything was pointing us all towards some sort of potential pending doom. The desires of so many were to live like this was their last minute and do everything small thing that their temptation would bring about in their minds. People put aside their faith and hope and instead adopted a “yolo” mindset. Instead they should’ve faced their minds to the lord and found inspiration, faith and a way to make every moment of their lives count. The lyrics of this song was a wake up to people to stop allowing the music, the talks and the media to keep them rested in their sin.
